Frequently asked questions
What are credits?
Credits cover AI processing according to the work performed. One credit represents US$0.01 of reference AI processing usage, not cash or a fixed number of messages. Usage is finite and varies by task.
How does the Free plan work?
Eligible verified new accounts receive 10 credits for the current UTC calendar month. This is the monthly allowance, not an additional signup bonus. Missed months do not accumulate.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription allowances reset without rollover. Separately purchased credits remain separate and are not reset with subscription allowances. Existing purchased-credit rights are unchanged. New top-ups are currently unavailable.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Plus and Pro renew monthly in USD, with subscription credits resetting each billing month. Cancel future renewal through Chat → Account & billing; access continues through the paid period.
Why are some credits temporarily reserved?
Before certain actions, we show and hold their maximum credit cost. Actual usage is settled afterward and unused credits are released. Delayed confirmations remain visible in your account for review. A temporary hold is not a final charge.
What usage and file limits apply?
Tokens measure text length. Input includes the instructions, conversation context and your message; output is the response. One generation can run at a time.
